"Went tonight and spent over 40 dollars for awful food. Undercooked burgers, mushy buns from the grease dripping, mushy fries and I asked for well done fries?also paid for bacon on my burger and there wasn?t any on it. My expectations aren?t very high nowadays I understand businesses are understaffed and overwhelmed but there wasn?t any other customers and there was 4 workers in there so I?m sorry but what?s their excuse. I paid so much for horrible food. I?m disappointed to say the least..I frequent five guys and this was by far my worst experience"

"The Fries were hard and cold. Obviously the food was old and not worth the money. They should ask themselves if hard cold old food is something they would want to eat! I through the food away."
