"We were greeted with a smile by the meat cutter (assumably the manager? . But it went downhill from there. Food was good and plentiful, but most of the employees seemed to have no clue what was going on and were not attentive when customers approached the counter. Also the tea tasted like unfiltered city water. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Horrible horrible service. I waited in like for 20 minutes for 4 breakfast burritos and a Cinnabon delights. Got the order and it had 5 burritos no delights. They didn't have the sausage nor the vanilla (I wanted a Cinnabon coffee). I went inside to get the order straight and they went through and opened each burrito to look at it. At that point I really didn't want to eat cold burritos that had been opened and man handled. Asked for m money back as did two other customers inside the restaurant. Two other cars in the drive thru left as well."

"I have been there a few times since they reopened and did not see much in the way of sanitizing and disinfecting during this virus. The employees wear masks but they walk around with them half way off their faces unless they are at my table. I am not impressed with how late they are about being safe"

"Super busy but my server, Jordan, was exceptional. I had to wait while more rolls were baking, but Jordan brought them out as soon as they were ready. The food was good, but what made the experience great for me was Jordan. Since my husband passed, I eat out alone a great deal. Servers often forget about people who dine alone. Jordan treated me as if I was a party of 12. Can't say enough about this young man!"

"It’s a free cup of “National coffee day” 09/29, heard it on the news this morning!! So excited to share the news with friends and family, that enjoys a nice treat as well as I do. I call the Greenville store and was told “No we aren’t doing anything for National coffee day”! How disappointing. I and most of my family go weekly and have for years. I will consider going again because the staff has always been so nice. Just shocked and disappointed.guess that’s just marketing for Starbucks!
