We always order on the app that makes things better for us. When we get there, there are associates eating crab legs and chicken wings outside at one of the tables. Which seemed distracting to some of the workers that were still working. We had a car hop that came to our car and asked us what we ordered? Guess she was trying to find the right car. I went to pick up 1 bag of ice and the wait was over 15 minutes and still mo ice. I pushed the button twice and no response. My mother pulled up after me and she placed a whole order and she got hers before me. I called and got the voice-mail. Horrible service.
Homeless are soliciting at your establishment. Nobody wants to be around that.
Ok messed up our order. They didn't have Chocolate milk shakes.

Our order showed in the kitchen, then moved to on the way. We had to ask a car hop about our order. All we ordered were 2 drinks and a shake. Took entirely too long. I will go out of my way and visit the Hwy 82 location instead of Reed Road.
