Wintzell's Oyster House - Greenville

We were welcomed and shown on our table; had a wonderful waitress that was familiar with our need for gluten free choice. there are several items that they can get gluten-free and we were satisfied. 2 in our party had the green salad with baked salmon above. the salmon was cooked for perfection and perfectly seasoned. the other in our party had the cheeseburger and pommes; it was good for a mainly fish restaurant!

We had bacon wrapped scallops with greens and sweet potato fries. The sauce on the scallops was spicy sweet but not too strong. So delicious. I highly recommend.

Great food. No wait. Great service. Stopped on our way to the Florida Gulf Coast service and food were great!

Good. Not great. Pretty interesting atmosphere with all the dad jokes everywhere. Clean. Timely. The service was great, but there was nothing spectacular about the meal. My fish was good but my hush puppies were sub par. My friend had shrimp and grits, which i tried a bit of pretty good. Now the peach cobbler was to die for. I am glad i tried it, but probably wouldn't go back.

Good food. Great service. Enjoyed our time there. The walls can keep you entertained for hours.
