We went to Zambrero's for dinner as I daughter was attracted to the goodwill of the company.. for every Burrito or bowl purchased one is provided to a person in need. This is a commendable gesture and certainly worthy of support; however, the food was very mediocre even for a sit down/ take away cafe. Look forward to the diverse, scrumptious Mexican cuisine, traditionally prepared with corn, beans and chilies (hot peppers), Also, the guests of the restaurant love the comprehensive variety of various coffee and tea specialities that the establishment has to offer.

My local Zambrero always love to compete here, food is always good and the staff are always very friendly.

I chose a burrito and it was a bulging vegan option. Tasting and filling. The service was efficient and friendly. I'm back.

"I placed an order for takeaway - I had to hold the line for 5 minutes (which I was completely fine with as I have worked in busy restaurants) after I was taken off hold before ordering she said the eftpos was down so cash only. I told them my order, I asked could I please get the price just so I know how much money to get out before picking my dinner up. Her response "no I'm too busy for this if you want a price you will find out when you get here" i said look I'm sorry I know you're most definitely going to be busy but I really do need a price so I know how much it's going to cost. I haven't got a menu I've got your number off google and you're menu online looks old so I'd like to clarify the price. She hung up the phone. I called back and said if I don't get a price then please cancel off my order as I find this as rude service, I get your busy but you should be giving customers the total price when they call. She didn't end up giving me a price. But I ended up going down and getting my food but very very disappointed with the way I got treated. That was my first and most definitely last time I will be eating from Punjabi hut in Queanbeyan...."
