What C A Santos doesn't like about Putnam:
Our order took about 30 minutes to arrive even though there were only 4 people in the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The broiled pork chops were tough as a rubber and I had maybe 10 slices of fried calamari. Customer service was also disappointing. We have eaten here before and it was okay.
