I love the food, and franchise. However, this location disappointed me. I will not come back. I have been a restaurant manager. I know how customer service should be handled. This was not it. In my opinion, the customer comes first always, and making sure they leave happy. So, they want to come back. Saying your sorry, and getting snippy with a customer, is not setting a good example for others. I'm more disappointed... View all feedback.
