i go to DTO because of the convenience of not having to go into the mall parking lot. every time i go here i regret it. i order a mobile order with 2 buffalo sauces and ketchup and get NONE. every time i order something here there’s always something forgotten. it’s always the minor inconveniences that **** me off. management has definitely gotten worst over the last year.
