What Rochell M likes about Johnson's Bbq Shack:
Tucked away from the main road, it's definitely worth making the mini zig zag to get to it. I asked for recommendations and the pulled pork with medium BBQ sauce was excellent. The brisket with horseradish sauce was also great and the sides were green beans and cold slaw which paired perfectly with our meal. Make the effort to find this little gem! What Terry B doesn't like about Johnson's Bbq Shack:
Server was nice and prompt. Reasons for only 2 stars....no beer. They let their liquor license expire. The brisket wasn't sliced but chopped. Not how brisket should be served. Was very dry. Jalapeño sausage was mushy on inside and casing was to chewy. Could barely cut. Sides were ok. Only good thing was the pork butt and sweet tea. Won't be returning. View all feedback.
