I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane this restaurant Tau Bay come out top of my list. The broth is clear, aromatic and full of flavour. "I'm no expert when it comes to Vietnamese food but Tan Viet Noodle house serves up a great clear broth noodle soup with crispy skin chicken. This is a excellent dish with excellent flavours. This place is extremely busy and very popular. Car parking and traffic on weekends is chaotic. But it is worth it, come to Cabramatta and enjoy the food and culture."
