"We were on our family trip to Zermatt by car, and stopped over twice on return trip. experience): quick coffee break on the way to Zermatt; we loved the ambiance of sunny terrace, and also situated on the nice drive way. Good parking space...makes an easy stop for drivers. experience): we decided to go there again for lunch on the way back from Zermatt. The food was decent, great steak grilled on real fire! The negative experience was the service. My father-in-law is years old and he can’t eat much foods due to his medical condition. So we asked if he could order kids menu (the rest of us ordered adults menu), and the waitress asked us to order of Entrecôte. Though we understand some people try to abuse Kids menu, I felt that the waitress should have handled the situation better; e.g. she could have asked why we are ordering etc as my father-in-law’s condition was noticeable. Anyway we ordered as what the waitress suggested, and my father-in-law could barely finish of his meal. I ordered Rivella as my first drink, and later on ordered a bottle of sparkling water. There was little left-over of my Rivella in my glass, but the waitress ignored and just poured the sparkling water into the same glass. And there’s no apologies or whatever after realizing what she’s done. Hence overall.., our experience in the restaurant wasn’t pleasant. The restaurant’s been there for long years for it’s good foods, but I think they shouldn’t taken the customers for granted. A little bit of consideration when serving customers would have been much appreciated."

"Had a light dinner here on a Sunday evening, the place was quite busy.we sat and menus promptly delivered without wine list, the waiter returned 10 mins later to take our orders . We shared a pizza and salad both of which were fine. It...was a $40cfc meal which included two glasses of wine"

"Course dinner and cabert was a perfect evening. The food was excellent as was the service, Caberet after dinner also a treat Queen Legends' also excellent. About minutes from Visp mani station by Postbus'..A very good evening had by everyone."

"Booked there for a 25 person family banquet, and we had a five-course set-lunch on a sunday and yes, lunch is a main meal in Europe Main course was roast saddle of venison, and the entire menu was a dream, as well as...the choice of local wines. When choosing game specialties as your meal there, try the white local Petite Arvine for starters, and with main dishes, go for their great local reds Cornalin and/or Syrah Big thumbs up for the food made with a lot of attention to the meal itself and creative detail, the greatly selected local wine card, the kitchen and the service staff. They stay on top of their job in a calm, yet very guest- and family-friendly way, even when the house is full. And last, but not least, for a banquet like this, the price was very reasonable."
