the buffet (bio!) of the noon is sumptuous and at a reasonable price for quality. a feast, especially for people who love vegetable cuisine. I went to eat at a slow party with a vegetarian friend. menu: salad of the day and crumble. I have to say that I was decooked: the salad was not a copycat (it's not because we're vegetarian that we eat little): a little bit of taboulé, a little soup, fennel and a white cheese sauce.
