What Jeffrey Hawkins doesn't like about Killer Burger:
Friendly staff. Good people. That said, the payment system is programmed with buttons to calculate an automatic 18% or higher tip. To tip the standard 15% (in good faith at an ordering counter before you actually receive any service that would traditionally warrant a tip), it takes a few extra clicks and a manual calculation.
