Inside was clean, staff was friendly, but Panda gets too expensive for what you get. I paid $11,60 for a two duck plate plus a small soda. So they give you a good amount of rice or noodles, but have you ever noticed that the rice is in the larger and the ducks are in the smaller bins that are divided?
