The sign says open, it's an hour before close, all the lights are on and there's plenty of ice cream in the cases. For some reason, the door is locked and nobody seems to be inside. We waited out of courtesy in case there was a solo worker in the restroom, but nobody showed up and the phone went unanswered after 20+ minutes. View all feedback.
