Madison Location-Food: The salmon was phenomenal, as usual. However, the rice pilaf was horrible. It was sweet, instead of having the normal herbal flavor. Additionally, it was cold. We came here to eat for my daughters birthday and got called “the whitest table ever” by another table when we sat down. It’s ashame I have taken my mother out for dinner the last two times I was there to visit her and we tried to come to Longhorn steakhouse. They give us the same excuse regarding the wait staff! It seems the management for this location can’t get anyone to work!!!
The experience met my expectations. The bathroom was clean. Precious, our waitress was great.
Good service and friendly staff. Excellent food, steak is cooked the way you ask.

She rolled her eyes at me, but did leave to go find our server and got our drinks. The server was very nice and apologetic. The manager was also very nice and the food was good. Good place to eat as long as you don’t mind that the people are extremely rude, but that’s most of Jackson.
Great food and waiter or waitress always does a great job.
