"It was a lovely lunchtime meal. Husband had been trying on different occasions to have a meal here. Today, we were in. Husband had a French dip a beef sandwich , and I had a light fish and chips gluten-free . There were several options for gluten-free. Would go again"

"We really enjoyed our food for the most part. However one of our party's main course was cold. It is nice, but it has lost a star as I would expect everything to be perfect with the meal averaging out at £50 per person for a 2 course meal. The parking is very limited, so we had to park on a unlit street with an uneven footpath. I would definitely recommend having a touch with you. Would not be ideal for anyone taking elderly guests on an evening."

"We took a steam train to Carlisle yesterday. Knowing our friends and the fact that we had three hours to spend in this beautiful city, we knew we needed somewhere to go for a few freky liberations!!! After a small research on the net we found the Lane Bar in the historic district... When I noticed the current situation regarding booking tables, I left them a message in which I received a very fast and polite response that it was only in... But because it looked so good, we still took our chances and drove down what we were happy.... The place itself is simply wonderful with underground tunnels and rooms with really cool decor, a chilled mood and great melodies. The bar service was equipped with a wide selection of drinks In the right glassware of a young man with a look at Harry Styles!!! Need a little something to enjoy the long drinks we presented for a snack menu that unfortunately did not exist, but in one thing without time we were presented with a really delicious tapas board by Gill the owner... True hospitality there!!!! As a beautiful day we made the fabulous beer garden, which is a real sunfall with shade areas for those who prefer to stay cool.... We really didn't want to leave this place, it has ever hit Box!!! X"
