Ihop - Gretna

What User likes about Ihop:
I love the service. The servers are friendly and polite and take care of the customers. However, the building really needs an overhaul. There is a strange smell, it is not appetizing and the seats are worn, the tables are discolored. I think these ladies and gentlemen deserve a better building. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
We went early this morning and were the only people in place. The hostess sat and disappeared and we never saw another person. After 15 minutes we can see if we could find someone. We could hear the staff laughing in the kitchen, but couldn't see anyone, so we realized they didn't care about our business and went. Not like any IHop I've ever done. View all feedback.
