They were very busy, and I believed to be understaffed. We waited for an hour to eat, then addition 45 mins to get our food. They didn't have silverware, so we got plasticware. Which worked. There were a few other issues, but I found it was because there were not enough employees for the number of people. View all feedback.

"I was pleasantly surprised that Shaya lived up to the hype. Five stars. The fried chicken hummus is a must. Wait and order after this is finished. It was a perfect balance of savory and sweet on their amazing bread. If you only come for drinks and an appetizer then order this and be happy. A table favorite. The lamb was good. Tender and perfectly cooked. The flavor was mild and side salad was enough for us to both share. Cinnamon babka was yummy, but I might try another"

"The food was good, but unfortunately not the $240/person price day. The warm lobster salad was very salty and the pan meerrote G... the wine pairing has not impressed us either. We enjoyed the lamb and Pavlova. There was also a mix with a credit card, and the restaurant took 4 phone calls at 10 a.m. to find out. Very unique building/layout. We can return for drinks in the future. I would not recommend the tasting menu, not worth it at their price."

"Found this place on yelp looking for somewhere to get soup close to work. I ordered a chicken dish for for a coworker as well. When I walked in I noticed the place looked really nice. It smelled delicious in there. My soup was really good and I tried my coworker's chicken. It was delicious. I did laugh at the ziplock bags they used to put our accompaniments in though. I'll def get food from here again though."
