What Tyler Young likes about Ph? B?ng:
Great pho and spring rolls! The broth is perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy with ample noodles and the cuts of beef that you want. I'm a brisket and flank kind of guy and they come out perfectly tender and flavorful. The spring rolls are stuffed to the gills and have a slightly spiced peanut sauce to wash them down with. "My meal here was so delicious! Everything was sooo tasteful and packed with spices, and tasted very fresh, a welcome branch from the usual New Orleans tariff. Our server was very knowledgeable and pointed to any vegan option in the menu (and there was a lot). Although prices are somewhat steep, everything is divided so if you order correctly, it is not so bad. The hummus with grilled eggplant and fresh pita was delicious. The Shakshouka without fried egg was also amazing. Be careful! The baba ganoush has acid cream! So sad! The place is clean and cute and it is located on the magazine street that is really fun to go around! Definitely worth a visit!"
