"We've visited Schloss Niederweis on many occasions. The atmosphere is wonderfully romantic set in the carriage house of a old German palace. We try to visit every few months as the menu changes based on seasonal availability. The food never disappoints we've enjoyed succulent vension steaks, racks of lamb, light flaky fish as well as bright carpaccio salads, light foam soups, and absolutely divine foie gras. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their wine pairings are always spot on. The menus are also very reasonably priced generally 35 38 euros for 3 4 courses."

"Si eres un enamorado como yo de la comida del sudeste asiático (occidentalizada), lo mejor que puedes hacer en Trier es ir al Minh´s Bistro. Aunque la localización y el propio restaurante no son de los que enamoran a primera vista, todo queda de lado tras probar la deliciosa comida que preparan en la cocina. Nada realmente fuera de lo común pero todo sabroso y a muy buen precio. Toda pareja ha de tener un restaurante asiático en su relación, esta es mi opción favorita."

"Although the service was very friendly, I have to say I was disappointed with the vegan options: a burger, a salad called tofu bowl, and hummus with falafel all for €19/20 ! . Boring options that cost way too much money for what they were. I know it's a relatively remote place, but what keeps you from offering a wider selection of vegan foods? It's 2021, just google vegan recipes for some inspiration. I didn't even get dessert, because all there was for us was sorbet . The coffee came with an unvegan cookie. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but if you offer vegan things, please try a little harder . It wasn't good."

"Always good, one can't go wrong. Every dish is freshly prepared from salad to pizzas, from fish to meat, without forgetting the desserts. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian choices and many dishes can be adapted. Parking: Outside the door or some 50 to 100 m away Wheelchair accessibility: One has to get up the entrance steps (2 I believe) and then all on one level"
