"So this is a little jewel I just discovered when I was looking for food that drove 75 down. If you love chicken salad as much as I need you to stop and try it! They have several different types. My daughter and my husband both have the classic on a chicken BLT and I only have the fruity with crackers. And yes, I have to take some."

"Whatever meat in that chicken bowl is NOT chicken!! I will NEVER eat here again!! I was eating and felt something really sharp and was a weird bone that doesn 't look like a chicken bone!! Then picked up some more meat that was absolutely horrid to look at which further proved my point it is NOT chicken!! Don 't waste your money here!! ??"

"The manager about takeout services was very nice with great customer service. My order was not very well prepared, so I called and told the team member who answered my call without resolution. That's when I asked about a manager and explained that I didn't get back through the door lock, but I just wanted to come to the restaurant and make the order right. She was very understanding and told me to ask her. She made the order right and with great service. That was all I wanted was my order and she did. Therefore, I will order from this restaurant as long as there are not too many mistakes in preparing my orders."

"Review is for O'Charley's, Griffin, GA. Date of visit, 9-26-23. See the one-star review by JC. on 7/9/23; it's similar to our (my wife and my) experience: 25-minute wait before anyone came to our table and asked for our drink order. The waitress who had every other booth by the window except ours, for some reason, didn't make eye contact with us the dozen or so times she passed by. Finally, the bartender took our order but when meals were brought out, both side dishes on my wife's order were different from what she ordered. She apologized but it still took 10 minutes for the correct sides to be delivered. So, 45-50 minutes from the time we walked in to when my wife got her meal. Food quality was 4 stars, but poor service resulted in overall 2."
