"Handmade bread, in house made sauces and smoked meats... Always great, customer service is generally pretty good, and the chefs/cooks are always smiling at you. Some people might complain about the prices but you're getting quality food made from scratch, so Im willing to pay $10 a sandwich. The only thing I would want is a new updated sandwich menu, aside from their daily special. You gotta try the smoked turkey, it's my favorite."

"If I could give the service 6 stars, I would! Jamie and Bridget were amazing. I ordered something that wasn't what I thought it was and they fixed it without hesitation and with the best attitude. The menu had a good choice and the food was very good with good portions. Excellent beer selection and super cheap on a Sunday. Will definitely come back! "Enchanting evening. Food was Tuscany delicious, service was professional and helpful, the air was filled with enchanting music. It’s so romantic. We loved it.Vegetarian options: Not all dishes had meat. Many pasta dishes with vegetables. And off course salads.Dietary restrictions: A table next to us ordered gluten free noodles. "Terrible and very inauthentic. Would not recommend. Ordered hot and sour soup and green curry. Both had a very rancid smell to them making them inedible. I had maybe two bites of the soup so I requested the salad as a swap out and they refused. I think there are so many better food options in Grimsby. If you want authentic Thai you'll have to go to Hamilton"

"Nice restaurant at nice view of the lake for the summer by the window or patio. However if you're there for real Vietnamese food, this may not be the place to be... Only dish I enjoyed was spring rolls. We tried Pho, Hu Tieu My Tho, Bún Bò Huế and presentation looked good but soup broth are too bland with no flavour. Service are friendly but they don't seem to know what to bring for each dish.."
