"They changed their fries box into an open box. When leaving the KFC, we had hit a pothole which resulted in the open box fries spilling out onto the floor. My husband had went back to see if they’d be able to put new fries in the boxes they usually had put them in, it ended up in an argument between the cashier and the manager. The manager didn’t want to give a box to my husband for the fries he was PAYING for. He had tried explaining that he doesn’t want them to fall onto the floor like the last ones, especially since we’re going to be driving and don’t live in peace river. The cashier was nice enough to understand the situation and got the back to put them in a box. Another lady ordering beside my husband had said that she would like a bag or box for her fries as well due to hearing what had happened to us, the manager ended up giving my husband very rude looks before he turned to leave.Experience 4/10Service from cashier 10/10Food 8/10"
