What Isabelle Jost doesn't like about Le Centurion:
The waiter didn't know what starter he had left (more terrine, then more soup). We ended up not taking an entry. Then we waited more than an hour for the dishes. The venison medallion and the spätzli were very good, but the red cabbage was bland and the chestnuts were dry. As for the hunting burger, it’s really a shame to offer that.
