"My dear ones, now it's been over a week and I finally have to say thank you again. My dear Roger, thank you for making our wedding the special day we wanted. Eating was the hammer without words. A very thick praise goes to your girls in the service and also in the kitchen. She pampered us all day. Celebrating a wedding like this all with celebrations and feeling comfortable was my goal and thanks to your help it has become an unforgettable day for us the bridal couple and our guests. "I came out with three German men who are family friends for one night. Just on the edge of a small town I doubt many foreign tourists who make their way here. Part beer hall, part restaurant, part pub, it is a bit difficult to arrange this place, except as 100% authentic. Not quite sure how we did it, but I had 2.5 liters of beer tonight and didn't feel bad at all. Must be because they brewed everything on the grounds and did this for 260 years. Somewhere in all this cheerful evening I also remember getting a small plate of pimples, bread, pulpits and mustard. I am very pleased to have a souvenir glass beer stone here!"
