Thursday evening, restaurant 70% full. Waitress did not speak a word of English.The second waiter explained us the menu and specials. The drinks and first course arrived fairly soon. We ordered risotto as the second waiter's recomendation. It took 40 minutes for it be served. Risotto is served on a hot plate, rice should be creamy and food should be served while still hot.
