What Hunter Peterson likes about Hilltop:
Solid BBQ restaurant. I think the meal portions are a little small for the two meat platter, which is pictured. Some of that is due to my daughter’s kid’s chopped brisket sandwich probably had as much brisket as I got. My meal was about double in price for some smoked sausage and an additional side.
