Great place stay and visit Yosemite park. We enjoyed our visit. Great outdoor spaced to relax at night as well. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Groveland:
Don't know what the community sees in this hotel. For $300+/night I expected much more than we received. Only thing that kept this review from being a 1 star was the bed which was quite comfortable. Now for the rest of the story hotel is on the National Registry so don't expect any modern conveniences or security big gap in the door which was only able to be locked by a flimsy deadbolt. Old , faucet in the bathroom for hot water didn't work. Could not adjust heat or cool air in room. No ice bucket in room , ice machine broken had to ask for ice...

"While camping and after spending a cold, wet day hiking in Yosemite, I was in search of a hot, vegan meal. There weren’t many options in my area but this place was open and looked like they had something and I was surprised at how good the food was! I got the tofu de mexicana no rice and no cheese to make it vegan. The food was hot and yummy but I didn’t get my corn tortillas that were supposed to come with it. Overall if I was camping in the same area I would totally go back!"

"The go to store when you are around the neighborhood (Pine Mountain Lake resort) for the weekend. They have everything that you would need to make your trip worthwhile when it comes to things that you might have forgotten to pack, craving for something that you could not carry with you for a lunch or dinner to be cooked and on top of that an extremely friendly and caring staff that help you in every way possible. They have a variety of items which you would not really imagine to be the case with a small grocery store though they would surprise you with the options that they would carry. All in all an absolute recommendation in case you are around and need that quick run to the grocery store. The only things that could get better with the store would be the parking space and the closing time (even 10 PM prior to the daylight savings seems early for folks that are driving in late into the town)."

"Ah I love this place so much my favorite of all. Top favorites. Def favorite Mexican food in calaveras. I lived in socal for a long time and this place compares to what I am used to. It's the whole package. And their staff is always great. The prices are fair. The torta is amazing. Everything I've had is good. Birria. Amazing. Pozole. Amazing. Tamale. Bomb. Taco. Beans and rice are good. Enchiladas. Burrito. Horchata. Jarritos yum. Their salsas are yummy. Hot carrots mix. Pickled red onions. Micheladas good. I want to try the mocaljete. I want to try a lot of things there's so much to try. I've been so basic. I'll probably never stop coming here it's consistent I'm never disappointed can't beat that. I have been coming here since college idk if it's always been the same owners or what but it's always been good"
