"I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich.."

"My wife and I usually order poke when we are on the West Coast but were missing it and found Poke Munch in a Google search a month or two ago. It is now definitely our favorite place for a quick dinner out in St Louis. The food is remarkably fresh and delicious, the servings generous, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We have become at least once a week regulars. Most of the seating is outdoors, so plan to carry out as the weather gets colder. Prices are fair and their poke and shrimp tempura are the best I?ve had anywhere."

"I also work at the food service, so I know how it can be. However, I go a lot to this place and I never had such a bad experience. I ordered a Canadian combination by the ride and asked for a sweet tea and my mother-in-law to replace with another Texas toast. When I got my order, I was very disappointed, I spent $15 on 5 alerts (instead of 6), cold pommes, Slav (which I did not order), and only 1 canoe sauce instead of the two should come the combo. Again, I'm not one to complain, but my whole order was messed up. Just about everything..."
