What monica poole doesn't like about Diablo's Southwest Grill:
Went to your Grovetown location around 7:30 Sunday night, purchased two steak Burritos. The rice was hard as brick and the steak was ice cold. Called the store to talk to someone to put in a complaint, the worker took my number but never called back.Customer Service is terrible, stood there for 5 minutes until they was through with their conversation to take my order. read more.

"I love poke. I am originally from Hawaii and can honestly say that the poke at hello poke is nothing like hawaiian poke. That being said, their take on poke is one that I think hawaii should adopt. The different flavors and combinations are phenomenal. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the people who work there seem like the don't really like their job. No one smiled except the cashier. Everyone just seemed mad. Again, food, delicious; restaurant, nice; cashier, friendly, everyone else, mad and unhappy."

"Me and a buddy of mine were talking about Philly cheesesteaks and he was like man if you like cheesesteaks you'll love this place. So we went and man I'm talking about the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in my life! The service was on par with the food. Everybody was super friendly and they treat you like family. I'd definitely recommend Jackie M's to anybody even if you have to drive a little ways it's totally worth it!"
