"Die Qualität unserer beiden Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte war nicht mehr als durchschnittlich. Sie waren auch eher lieblos angerichtet. Der Beilagen-Salat: Eissalat, Möhren, Mais, ein Klecks Dressing. Die Fleisch-Portion des Olymp-Tellers bestand aus einer normalen Gyros-Menge, zwei großen Leber-Stücken und einem sehr kleinen Lamm-Kotelett. Der Teller mit dem Schriftzug „Rhodos“ wurde so hingestellt, dass der Schriftzug auf dem Kopf stand. Die Bedienung war recht flott. Vor dem Essen wurden Gläser mit Ouzo auf den Tisch gestellt. Diese wurden während des Essens mehrfach vom Chef aufgefüllt. Eine Ablehnung unsererseits ließ er nicht gelten. Beim Bezahlen der Rechnung kam er mit einem weiteren Ouzo-Glas für sich selbst, füllte uns nochmals auf und drängte uns zum Anstoßen. Man merkte bereits, dass er zuvor bei jeder Rechnung mit etlichen anderen Gästen angestoßen hatte… Diese Art muss man mögen – wir empfanden es jedenfalls als unangenehm und werden das Lokal daher in nicht so guter Erinnerung behalten."

"Wir sind hier seit über 10 Jahren Stammkunde. Nach dem Umbau nach einem Wasserschaden hat sich das Ambiente nochmal verbessert, an den Speisen und am herzlichen Service gab es noch nie was zu meckern. Da das viele wissen und schätzen, sollte man am Wochenende möglichst einen Tisch reservieren, sonst muß man warten, bis ein Tisch wieder frei wird. Hier kann man sich für ein paar Stunden fühlen, als wäre man im Urlaub !! TOP!!"

"Since 1.1.2020 there is a new administration of taverna. the previous operator family had to give up at the end of 2019 for private and health reasons. the new management took over the menu and the cook so that eating did not change much: tasty and sufficient. the prices are in the rule between 10 and 20 €. the restaurant has 2 Greek dining rooms and a summer terrace, partly covered. the device was largely taken over. only the Greek-white-blue-cartated tablecloths (which somehow always reminded me of the NVA bed linen) were exchanged for identically patterned in white-green. Unfortunately, the new operator does not have much time to earn money: corona came from China to europa and Germany – they are known: weeks of enticing with the entire gastronomy. After the im-house nomination had been cancelled, the normal card was returned with changed opening times: now the whole week is open from 12 to 23 clock. the quality and the amount of eating the Greek cuisine is still very good too good. which has suffered in my eyes but is a bit the pleasant atmosphere. it was almost familiar friendly among previous operators, now it is quite cool business. update: next to the standard card there are also always day offers. on 11.11.2021 for example fresh grilled dorade with grilled vegetables. for someone who doesn't like to submit whole fish in the restaurant himself, this activity takes on request a service performance. has tasted well, but at 23,50 €uro was not a very good fun, especially since a saturation supplement was not intended for this fish dish."

"Visit the Castle Hotel Das Lakeside for the first time. The review for the hotel can be found elsewhere. Here only the short information: clean, modern room. Nice breakfast not to complain. Sauna very pleasant hot, pool also very clean and with 9x9m an acceptable size. All right. But in the evening bus from Berlin you drive well 90 minutes for 60km...!!! Now to my visit to the restaurant: for the quick reader everything in good order. I don't share the Varta Guide with 3 diamonds. I'd forgive two diamonds. In detail: Before visiting the sauna, eat something. I'm sure there's a burger. It's called Lakeside Burger. There's a white bread. Then the greeting from the kitchen: a small duck breast on salad is just inside. Try it too. Now I'm waiting for the burger. That'll reach me after a short half hour. Nice homemade. A big portion of salad. And still potato chips. The bathroom is missing. I'm a little disappointed. Then the burger. Didn't know that this is so much and fits in the mouth. But very tasty.
