Older Blonde lady working was rude and very unhelpful. No skills in customer service industry thats for sure. She acted like i was an inconvenience. When i pulled up she was outside smoking a cigarette. She acted irritated that she had to take a break from her cigarette to help me. She didnt smile once the whole experience.
