 I was celebrating my birthday. When I made the reservations, I asked for a romantic table for Two and that I was celebrating a birthday. When I arrived, they had a menu that said happy birthday to you and they seated us exactly where I asked them to. The food was good. The coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent. What Tom Dempsey doesn't like about Chart House:
Ordered a $50 prime rib. Asked for it medium rare. When it arrived to the table, it literally looked like it was out of the package. Cold to the touch. Sent it back to the kitchen. Came back well done. Cooks are either inexperienced or incredibly petty. Was so disappointed. View all feedback.
