Wow so clean. Courteous staff. My 1st time there. The cashier (receipt says Jonathan) even gave me my senior discount w/out me asking! I truly appreciate that. Thank you Jonathan ???. I never ask. Why should I beg for a discount? If they appreciate my business, they should discount offer on their own. I, the recipient will be happy to accept, knowing it 's a true gratitude. What Blanca Munoz doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Do not come here!! They deserve 0 stars... The customer service is terrible! They're constantly running out of chicken (poor planning and management). The girls that work the drive-thru are rude, unprofessional, and get orders wrong more often than not. If you live nearby, go to the one off Goldenwest Westminster, it's worth the drive!
