If you are a vegetarian/vegan, do not bother coming here.The servers have absolutely no sense and understanding or care about vegetarians.Our simple instruction on ordering a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese was horribly messed up. They served us Chicken Sandwich. We complained. It looked like they brought the same order by removing the chicken out from the sandwich. Absolutely unreal!!We would give ZERO STAR... Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable servers and hosts, clean restaurant, nice food presentation.Dog friendly, with indoor seating even!Really delicious food and cheesecake. I recommend the pineapple upside down cheesecake. Portions aren't very big (but the prices are) small handful of fries with a regular sized cheeseburger. If you're hungry, you won't be wasting food or taking anything home with you.I took a star off because the atmosphere is basically a Denny's with high ceilings. Lots of tables and booths crammed together in the space with lots of background chatter noise. It's a big chain restaurant in a shopping mall with a family friendly vibe so that is to be expected.Overall, it's a nice, easy tasty place to go for lunch if you want somewhere a bit nicer than a local diner/coffee shop.Parking: Even on a Saturday, we were able to get a parking space about 300 feet from the door.Kid friendliness: Lots of families dining there for lunch, lots of kid friendly options on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to use a wheelchair or walker inside and a variety of seating options that should accommodate any kind of wheelchair or walker.

The Manager did not have any courtesy to make good despite patiently explaining the situation and one of us leaving their restaurant hungry.Mr. Manager,PS btw, we had also ordered a veggie stuffed mushroom appetizer. Which never came!! We now feel the server might have messed up althroughout lied, blaming on her backend chef .Pathetic experience. Never again.
I brought my family here to eat and my food was the only one out of 6 people who was extremely salty. The chicken was covered in pepper. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Pasta (which is what I usually order at other locations), but I couldn’t finish it. I asked if they can maybe remake it since I couldn’t eat it and take it to go. Unfortunately, it still was super salty and full of pepper. I asked my family to taste it to see if it was just me, but they also agreed. I added a picture of the chicken for reference. The waiter was super nice and there was no wait thankfully.
Overpriced drinks. The State or Yardhouse does better ?
Went in to celebrate a Birthday. The server 's were great. It 's a shame that my niece had to bite into a raw piece of chicken not only was it under cooked but raw and cold. Yes, they offered to make a new one that came back overcooked but at this point she was over eating the food. Cherry on top of this experience was when I came to find that they charged the gratuity to my card our bill was over $600 the problem isn 't paying the gratuity the problem is paying that in cash and then them charging your card for it because you can 't trace cash. Yes, I called in spoke to a Kyle who said he would call back after speaking to the two servers who unfortunately won 't be in today four days later still no call back...
