What Michelle Stuart likes about Subway:
we are coming here from now on. The one on 10 mile in Novi, with the Bush Market was awful. He refused our coupons and wouldn't toast our bread nor give us pickles. This lady took the coupons, toasted our subs and gave us pickles. She was kind, courteous and although she was by herself, the service here was way better. My family will go here from now on. Worst subway I’ve ever came to!!! Never again, I’ll rather drive an extra mile and go to the other one, lady wouldn’t accept my coupon and was so stingy with my sub I wish you guys could see it, she put 2 of every vegetable!!! I’ve never witnessed this cheapness ever in my life View all feedback.

"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."
