Came in tonight for the first time wings were amazing.... but what was better than the wings was the service we received from Mareme it was so nice to get great customer service.. we don't see this much anymore thank you Mareme and we will definitely be back View all feedback.
What jeremy d doesn't like about Wingstop:
ordered take out for 3 people. drove 20 minutes one way to pick up and drive 20 minutes back home only to find one person food was missing. called to get a refund and manager refused and said we have to bring the food back so he can check. absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. No matter how many times I try this particular store. They always get the order wrong. Every single time! Never fails!
Wings tasted amazing. Service: so so. I had to ask for napkins and was a given about 5ft of paper towels.
Workers are straight trash , they say the system is down to not take any orders and do any work . Please avoid goin here thank me later
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I have absolutely no idea why it takes so long. I didn't get any sauce when I finally got my order, the chicken sandwich had just pickles on it and was dry. Everyone that works here, from the manager down needs to be fired. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
