Tulip is a cozy upscale bar with lots of interesting food options and a good wine list. I had the low country dip who is a variety of seafood in a Swiss and Gouda blend. Seafood and cheese are an odd pairing, but it was delicious and unusual. Rack of lamb was extra good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Stay away from that place, the owner/ manager wants to have his friends over and act like he was entertaining in his backyard… they were loud, and disrespectful. I felt like I was at a fraternity party with a bunch of anxious 80 years old.
