From what I understand, the founder of this restaurant originally mastered the recipe for Karne en su Jugo (Karne with a K is how they spell it). You must visit this restaurant while in Guadalajara. We visited this place for the food which was ok. The service was terrible, we had an older gentleman that got the drink orders messed up and was very slow at everything. When someone at our table ordered a lemonade it was soured (fizzy) and tasted nasty. We asked him to get something else and he charged us for the lemonade we sent back.
