Located within the mercado Hidalgo. Seriously my highlight every time I'm in Guanajuato. I've been coming to this place for the past 13-15 years. Still amazing. Still reasonable. Still hits the spot every single time! Best caldo de mariscos or caldo de camarón! If you are having a hard time finding just look for their seats they all have name MARY on them. HIGHLY recommend.
