We found the restaurant by mistake walking not on the main street of the city we saw the small place it said Veganas enchilada so we walk in. best enchiladas mineras i had in Guanajuato my cuz had the Pozole vegan it was great just overall great place to eat any time of the day hats off to the chef.Genaro great Job!
