Wow! What an amazing venue. Out of all the places at ONT, Escape Lounge is the best. The best service, a quiet and pleasant place to unwind both before or after a flight. Try the tacos, the deviled eggs and the cookies are such a nice treat. Sharon and Veronica delivered first class service during our entire visit. What S S T doesn't like about Escape Lounge Ont T4:
The Escape lounge in Terminal 2 remains closed despite its website and multiple other articles stating that it’s open. When we tried to call either the Terminal 4 or 2 lounge to confirm status, nobody answers. Don’t waste your time. View all feedback.
Still closed even though you can book a reservation. I have tried for several months to get into the terminal 2 lounge and it is closed every time.
