I’ve been to other Sarku Japan places and this one has been the worse. The chicken and beef just cooked enough. Fried rice had no flavor. Dumplings were cold. Overall not worth $30. All the meats were precooked ready to serve. View all feedback.
Decided to give this place a try- not making the same mistake again.... Had the chicken bento- there's no way that this was Japanese.....

My food was as cold as a refrigerator when I said something they let it sit up there for a few mins before they tried to reheat it. The tempura shrimp was cold inside and didn’t taste good at all. The service and food were the same absolute
The Food was great I took off one star because I ask for extra teriyaki and didn’t get it!
The food is nasty go inside the kitchen and it smell like a wet dog the hallway is always dirty they leave boxes of food out on the dirty hallway that smells like dead rats don't eat here ?
