This place opened under new ownership about 3 days ago and they're knocking it out of the park already. We tried chiliquile, nopales and carne asada tacos. Bigger than the street size tacos and loaded with flavor. We also had the Al pastor burrito with a very spicy and tasty red sauce. Excellent all around. Restaurant is clean and the owners are making an effort to provide great service. View all feedback.
What Pat E doesn't like about Tacos La Calidad:
The first visit I had a Chilli relleno. Although I prefer a melted cheese like a jack, they use the more traditional cotija, but it was still good. The next visit I was about to try the green Pozole soup for lunch until I realized it was close to $14 a bowl. I opted for two tacos for just under $8. Doesn't look like much but I stopped anyway to give them a try this place is literally a whole in the wall. I walk in and got greeted by the host in a weird way...
