Disappointed. Service was terrible. The receptionists are clueless on how to go about with sitting the guests with reservations and walk-ins. Their Japanese section was a disaster. Miso soup was cold and salty. The salmon sashimi was butchered. The Tempura was fried in used oil. Floor was slippery. This branch is a disappointment. They should learn from The ALLEY BGC. The place is good. The foods are the best. Especially the others have to try the buffet.
