Disappointed. Service was terrible. The receptionists are clueless on how to go about with sitting the guests with reservations and walk-ins. Their Japanese section was a disaster. Miso soup was cold and salty. The salmon sashimi was butchered. The Tempura was fried in used oil. Floor was slippery. This branch is a disappointment. They should learn from The ALLEY BGC. "Came here during our vacation in the philippines it was mesmerizing. The food is absolutely delicious, all of them are cooked fresh (some even on the spot). I love all the options and how vast the varieties are. I could stay here for hours... And the halo halo bar!! OMG THE BEST! I loved the make your own gulaman part too. this was definitely the place to be. Staff and service in the philippines is one of a kind, so can never complain about that! It's also located in the beautiful Hyatt Hotel at City of Dreams in Manila."
