read moreVery good, fresh and seasoned salmon tartar, no duck magret damage but probably due to avian flu. Dessert very good as well (frise Melba) . I'll get back to it.

"I just went here with a group and it was a wonderful experience! We tasted oysters, shrimp, whelk and pâté of course with local white wine. The surroundings and views make for a very unique experience on Arcachon Bay. Eric and his team do a great job of welcoming people and we got a bonus explanation of how the oysters are raised and farmed. Highly recommended! Food: 5"

"As the name states they are specialists on oysters. The quality is excellent and in this location everything is as fresh as is possible, probabaly harvested the same morning. Service is fast and friendly."
