"I just went here with a group and it was a wonderful experience! We tasted oysters, shrimp, whelk and pâté of course with local white wine. The surroundings and views make for a very unique experience on Arcachon Bay. Eric and his team do a great job of welcoming people and we got a bonus explanation of how the oysters are raised and farmed. Highly recommended! Food: 5"

"We ate this noon, the frame is superb and the oysters, shrimps and bushes we tasted were very good. The waitress and owners are very pleasant and welcoming. We were entitled to a small history course on the Arcachon basin, very informative! Next time, we will eat there in the evening not to miss the pretty sunset We highly recommend you!"

"Consistently good every time though the menu changes regularly. The service is always friendly and efficient. Reservations a must. The absolute best crispy sweetbreads in the region always served with different sauces and accompaniments, today artichokes were lovely with it. The crispy pork appetiser as well as the asparagus were delightful. Only opened from Tuesday to Friday. Outdoor terrace is also available. Reservations strongly recommended.."

"Visited for lunch and had a lovely time with friends. The whole team at Le Tamariou where fantastic, attentive service and great food. Super fresh Oysters, Gambas and clams. The house pate is also a must try. Well worth a detour for lunch if your nearby. Particular thanks to the girls waiting the tables, fab service. Thank You."

"This is not the first time that we have lunch in this restaurant which operates in pairs and which is definitely worth the detour; Madame ensures a perfect welcome and impeccable service, while Monsieur is in the kitchen: inventive cuisine, with fresh and succulent seasonal products from starter to dessert. The wine list is varied, the room is intimate, and there is parking right opposite. Finally, the prices are reasonable in relation to the quality of the dishes. I highly recommend."
