We had ice cream at Thomas’ every day while PCB. The ice cream is great. Atmosphere is great!!! A small waffle cone is huge and only $4. You can also get an ice cream sandwich inside a hot fresh donut!!! Or you can get 2 different flavors of ice cream on a waffle cone!! The blueberry and key lime were great together. Thomas's Donuts has always been a mainstay when I get close to Panama City Beach. I don't know if they have changed hands or what, but they have went downhill so bad. The people that work there are so rude and they don't keep the donuts made all during the day like they used to and the quality is subpar.
