"The Gull Lake Diner is situated in a building which also houses a gas station and convenience store. There's parking for several large trucks in the gravel lots on either side. (Caution is advised after heavy rains or during spring break up, the ground gets a bit soft, which could cause problems if you find yourself heavily loaded.)We arrived at lunch time. This may have been a bit of a mistake, but one made by us not the Diner. Our server greeted us warmly, brought coffee and took our order promptly. The restaurant was fairly busy, which accounted for the bit of time it took for our food to arrive. Busy sounds came from the kitchen and orders were being called out more or less continuously. I ordered the chicken burger with fries, my wife the cheeseburger. Both arrived hot and delicious. The burgers patties are made on site from fresh ground beef. Prices are quite reasonable and you can order the sandwiches without fries or salad if you like.Worth the stop then, we'll be back!"

"We were on our way home and were about to pass through Gull Lake around 1pm, when I Googled where to eat in Gull Lake . Mount Everest Restaurant was first on the list. My husband and I have a saying Try new things! Well, we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, the restaurant was busy and the staff were friendly.Prices were reasonable as well.We highly recommend stopping to eat here if you happen to be in the area. It was worth the stop.Ended up getting gas as well."
